Resort and Conference Center at
Hyannis in Hyannis, MA.

Please pay all registration fees
to your unit. These fees will be
forwarded to MAWG HQ for
processing. CAP and Guest

Conference banquet and registration
reservations must be made by mail.
Prompt payment is necessary to
confirm conference participation
Cadet registrations must be
submitted by Squadron
Commander/DCC and include
name of responsible senior.
Squadron Commanders or
designee must bring copies of
Authorization for Consent forms
for all cadets attending the
conference.
Commanders must also supplya
list of cadets planning to room
together, one week in advance, in
order to assure accurate room
assignments.
All attendees are responsible for
their own room reservations
directly with the Hotel. Cadet
reservations must be made by the
Squadron Commander or
designee. Room rates reservation
deadlines are detailed on the hotel
reservation page. To ensure your
room preferences, we strongly urge
you to make your reservations as
early as possible.
