Invitation To Exhibit
Welcome!
The Michigan County Medical Care Facilities Council invites you to exhibit at our 2015 Spring
Management Conference at Boyne Highlands in Harbor Springs, Mich., June 2, 2015.
The council represents 35 county-owned skilled nursing facilities across the state of Michigan. Each
year, the council hosts this conference to provide continuing education, committee meetings, an
annual business meeting and a vendor exhibit for nursing home administrators, directors of nursing
and governing board members.
Your participation offers opportunities for your company to showcase your products and services to
those key decision-makers in the county-owned nursing facilities. To maximize your opportunity with
these facilities, no other workshops or meetings are held during the exhibit and a refreshment bar is
centrally located in the exhibit hall, along with a dinner buffet in the same area.
Again this year, we will give attendees an extra incentive to visit all the exhibit booths with a raffle
game called Booth Bingo. Attendees will receive raffle tickets based on the number of booths they
have visited, with bonus tickets awarded to those who have completed a full bingo card. Winning
tickets will be drawn and prizes given following the close of the vendor exhibit.

Sponsorship Opportunities
Entertainment Sponsorship
Directly after the vendor exhibit on Tuesday evening, we schedule an entertainment event. In 2014,
we hosted a popular musical trio, Ernest Entertainment.
Sponsorship includes: A large sign at the event, announcement of sponsorship and a
listing with your logo as a sponsor in our program.
Entertainment sponsorship: $1,200
Hospitality Hour Sponsorships
Hospitality hours, one on Tuesday evening during the vendor exhibit and one on Wednesday
evening, offer the opportunity to exhibit your company as host of a gathering for attendees to enjoy
conversation and libations.
Sponsorship includes: A large sign at the event and a listing with your logo in
our program.
Hospitality sponsorship: $900
Refreshment Break Sponsorships
Sponsor one of the refreshment breaks held between educational sessions that provide attendees with
light refreshments such as coffee, soda, water, tea, fruit and pastries. Refreshment break opportunities
include Tuesday 10:00 am and 2:00 pm, Wednesday 10:00 am and Thursday 10:00 am
Sponsorship includes: A medium-sized sign posted near the refreshments and a listing
with a small logo in our program.
Refreshment Break sponsorship: $275
Conference Program Advertising
Advertise your company in the conference program.
Early Bird discount deadline of April 13, 2015. Full-page ad ($140) or
quarter-page ad ($105).
Full price ad reservations must be received by May 15, 2015.
Full Page (7.5x10) $200 Quarter Page (3.625x4.875) $150
All advertisers will also receive a free ad of the same size in the June edition of The Compass,
the MCMCFC monthly newsletter.

Early Bird Registration deadline.
Completed reservation form and payment must be received by this date in order to receive the rate of
$450 per booth space, and the 30% discount on program and newsletter advertisements.
April 30, 2015
Any booth cancellations on or before this date will be assessed a cancellation fee of $175.
May 1, 2015
Any booth cancellations on or after this date will not be given a refund. All monies paid for booth
space will be forfeited.
May 15, 2015
Final deadline for and ad copy for either the program or Compass newsletter. Copy received after this
date will not be included in the program or newsletter. Early bird rate ends April 13, 2015.
June 1-4, 2015
