Unsere Überrollbügel und –käfige erhalten Sie für fast alle gängigen Fahrzeugtypen als Standardprodukt in 4 verschiedene
Materialausführungen. Die verschiedenen Ausführungsmöglichkeiten sehen Sie auf den Seiten 6 und 7. Die Stahl-Bügel und
–Käfige werden in schwarz und rot lackiert oder unlackiert geliefert. Wir können Ihre Überrollbügel und -käfige auch in einem
anderen RAL-Ton Ihrer Wahl lackieren oder pulverbeschichten
(siehe S. 9). Aluminium-Bügel und –Käfige gibt es in Natur oder
hochglanzpoliert. Das Befestigungsmaterial gehört immer zum
Lieferumfang. Wir sind Spezialisten für mittragende Käfigkonstruktionen. Unsere Produkte werden in direkter Zusammenarbeit mit dem DMSB und der FIA entwickelt.
Our standard program includes roll bars and cages for almost all vehicle types of the major brands. The products are manufactured in 4
different material specifications. To have a look at the materials see
the chart at the bottom of this page. Please turn to page 6 and 7 to
check the variety of layout options.All steel roll cages and roll bars are
available with black finish or natural. We can also varnish or powder
coated your roll bars and cages in an other RAL tone (see page 9). The
aluminium products are delivered with either polished or untreated
surface. All necessary mounting parts are included with the shipment.
We are also well known specialists for integrated and supporting
safety cage constructions. All products are manufactured according
to regulations of F.I.A and the German Motorsports Board (DMSB).
Erklärung „Herstellergutachten“
Mit Hilfe dieses Dokuments können Sie den Überrollbügel
oder –käfig in Ihrem Fahrzeugbrief eintragen lassen. Achtung! Je nach Land oder Region gibt es verschiedene Verordnungen und Eintragungsregeln, so dass wir nicht immer für
die Eintragung garantieren können. Außerdem reicht dieses
Herstellergutachten bei Überrollkäfigen aus Stahlrohr S355J2
(1.0577) ST52-3 45x2,5 / 40x2 mm für den Einsatz bei nationalen Motorsportveranstaltungen aus.
The Product Certificate
The product certificate issued by Wiechers enables you
to enter roll cages and roll bars in your vehicle registration document. Depending on country and region the regulations for registration may vary thus we cannot guarantee that your product is eligible for registration. The
product certificate for roll cages built of steel tubes specified
St52 (1.0577) is sufficient to perform in national (German)
motor sports events.
Erklärung „DMSB Zertifikat“
Für Überrollkäfige aus Stahlrohr „25 CrMo 4“ wird für die
Teilnahme an DMSB-Motorsportveranstaltungen in jedem Fall
ein DMSB-Zertifikat benötigt! Bei Fahrzeugen, die bis zum
31.12.2001 homologiert wurden, sind Überrollkäfige aus unserem Standardprogramm (Seite 6 und 7) ausreichend. Bei neueren Fahrzeugen sind umfangreichere Konstruktionen notwendig. Die Preise dafür sind unterschiedlich und müssen im Einzelfall festgelegt werden. (siehe Seite 5 und 11).
The “DMSB-Certificate”
All roll cages built of steel tubes specified 25 CrMo 4
(1.7218) necessarily require a certificate issued by the DMSB
to compete in motorsports. For Vehicles homologated till
December 31st 2001 you may choose roll cages from our
standard program (see pages 6 - 7). Vehicles homologated
beyond this date require more extensive roll cage constructions. Therefore prices have to be determined according to
specific complexity.

Für diese Art von Überrollkäfig muss in den meisten Fällen
das (leergeräumte) Fahrzeug bei uns angeliefert werden. Es
ist auch möglich diesen Käfig als geschweißte Konstruktion
anzufertigen (Voraussetzung: Anlieferung der Rohkarosserie).
Zusätzliche Verstrebungen sind ebenfalls machbar. Sprechen

It is usually necessary to bring your blank car to our shop
to install a cage meeting F.I.A /DMSB requirements. It is
possible to install this type of roll cage as a welded reinforcement structure. In this case we need the blank car
body. Welded structures may be equipped with additional
struts exceeding the regular layout options. Please give us a

professional racing as well as for amateur motor sports competitors, comparable to the well-established HANS-System.

leichte Schlüsselöffnung und das Entfernen des Türkreuzes
nach außen zu ermöglichen. Jedes FO-CS - System ist mit einer Patent-Nr., der F.I.A.-Homologationsnummer, dem Herstellungsdatum sowie einer laufenden Produktnummer gekennzeichnet. Der farbige Sicherungsstift kann im Bedarfsfall
von Hand gezogen werden, bietet aber auch die Möglichkeit
der Paniköffnung mit einem 24er Ringschlüssel.

Unter dem Begriff „Racingline“ bieten wir Ihnen ein ausgewähltes Sortiment an Domstreben in besonders hochwertiger
Ausführung an. So werden CNC-gefräste Gewindestücke
und lasergeschnittene Befestigungsteile verbaut. Hierdurch
ist eine millimetergenaue Justierung möglich. Die „Racingline-Strebe“ ist in Aluminium hochglanzpoliert, oder Carbon
coated lieferbar. Mit dieser Domstrebe erhalten Sie das absolute Top Level an technischer und optischer Leistung.
Under the label “Racingline” we offer you an assorted
range of high-quality front suspension braces. For example, we use CNC lathed thread pieces and laser-cut
mounting parts. Due to this an extremely exact adjustment is possible. Racingline products are available in two
finishes: aluminium high gloss polished or carbon coated.
With this front suspension brace you get the top level of
optical and technical performance.
Domstrebe: Eine Domstrebe bringt für alle Fahrzeuge, die
sportlich bewegt werden sollen, bedeutend mehr Stabilität
im vorderen Stoßdämpferbereich und vermeidet Verzugserscheinungen in der Karosserie. Außerdem wird das Fahrzeug spurtreuer und direkter in der Lenkung.
Front suspension brace: A front suspension brace provides
a lot more stability to cars that are driven sporty style in
the front shock absorber section and avoids warping of
the car body. In addition to this the car´s steering gets more
stable and direct.
Fahrwerkstrebe (Querlenkerabstützung): Diese reduzieren
Spur- und Sturzveränderungen der Vorderachse. Dadurch
wird ebenfalls die Spurtreue verbessert. Besonders zu
empfehlen bei Breitreifen und Sportfahrwerken.
Chassis brace (traverse control arm support): Cassis braces reduce tread width and camber changes at the front
axle. They enhance the steering stability. Recommendable
especially in combination with wide tires or a sport chassis.
Fahrwerkstreben hinten: Diese verbessern das Fahrverhalten
in extremen Situationen, besonders in Kurven und bei
Bremsmanövern. Befestigung zwischen den Domen.
Rear chassis frame braces: They improve the performance
of the vehicle in extreme situations, especially in turns or
if applying the brakes. Braces are mounted between the
wheel housing domes.

angepasst und dann in Serie produziert. Sie sind absolut
passgenau und von höchster Qualität. Sie können alle
unsere Streben in den Ausführungen „Stahl rot lackiert“

All braces are adapted to the current vehicle and produced
afterwards manufactured in series. They are absolutely
true to size and of a high grade quality. You can order our
braces in a “steel red coated” or “aluminum high gloss
polished” finish.

Ladungssicherung ist ein zunehmend diskutiertes Thema!
Ungesicherte oder unsachgemäß gesicherte Ladung birgt
ein hohes Unfallrisiko! Sie gefährden dabei sich selbst
und andere Verkehrsteilnehmer ganz erheblich!
CARRIER SYSTEMS
Securing cargo is an increasingly debated topic! Unsecured or improperly secured cargo poses a high accident
risk! Not only for yourselves but also for other traffic participants in a high risk.
CARRIER SYSTEMS
1. Sichern Sie Ihre Ladung immer in alle Richtungen
Gegenstände sind verschiedenen Kräften ausgesetzt. Beim
Bremsen will die Ladung nach vorne verrutschen, beim
Beschleunigen nach hinten und bei Kurven jeweils in die
entgegengesetzte Richtung zum Kurvenverlauf.
4.Verzurren Sie auch schwere Lasten
Auch scheinbar sehr sicher stehende, schwere Ladung
kann verrutschen, denn nicht das Gewicht oder die Größe
einer Ladung entscheidet über die Standsicherheit, sondern die Kraft, die auf sie einwirkt.

Objects are subject to various forces. During braking
accelerating and turning the load is forcing to opposite the
direction
4. Secure even heavy loads
Even obviously heavy and solid standing cargo can
slip. Only the impact of the forces to load affects the
stability.
2. Verzurren Sie nur kipp- und standsichere Gegenstände
Stabilisieren Sie “wackelnde” Ladung mit Abstützungen
und Blockaden, z.B. aus Holz. Wir empfehlen, die Ladung
immer entweder an der Stirnwand oder aber an fest angebrachte Blockaden formschlüssig anzulegen.
5.Verwenden Sie Zurrmittel sachgerecht
Achten Sie stets darauf, dass Ihr Zurrmittel in Art und Ausführung für Ihre Anwendung geeignet ist. Sorgen Sie dafür, dass das Zurrmittel vollständig aufliegt, nicht verknotet oder verdreht ist und verlängern Sie es nicht.
2. You should tie down only tilted and stable objects
Stabilize “wobbly” load with outriggers and blockades, for
example made of wood. We recommend that the cargo is
either attached firmly to the front wall or to blockades in
order to have seamless fit.
5. You have to use the lashing straps professionally
Always be sure that your lashing straps in type and design
are suitable for your application. Make sure that the lashing
straps completely resting, not knotted or twisted and you
do not lengthen the lashing straps.
3. Sorgen Sie für Kantenschutz
Scharfe Kanten können das Zurrmittel dauerhaft beschädigen oder gar zerstören. Unter Umständen kann ohne Kantenschutz auch die Ladung beschädigt werden.

DIN EN 12195-2. Die Zugkraft des jeweiligen Gurtes erkennen Sie
anhand der Angabe auf dem blauen Etikett (Bsp. LC. 2.000 DaN),
oder an den schwarzen Linien im Gurtband. Eine Linie steht für 500
kg Zugkraft in geradem Zug!
LC = Lashing Capacity / Zulässige Zugkraft in geradem Zug
daN= deka Newton = 1 daN = 10 Newton = 1,0 kg
