For our site in Munich we are currently looking for a permanent (Full Time)
Director (m/f) of Operations
As Director (m/f) of Operations you will lead our Logistics and Quality departments, Customer Service
and Production (Photos, Graphics, Text) teams and will be responsible for leading, developing and
expanding a team of around 60 people.
Your mission:
o KPI-driven guidance and monitoring of all operational processes within your departments.
o Continual optimization of all processes with regard to lead time, quality and cost
o Further development and improvement of the cost structures of our external partners;
Identification, evaluation and implementation of outsourcing solutions
o Strategy Development, Business Development and Operational Management of the
company as part of the extended Management Team
You will have:
o Minimum a good university degree (preferably technology related), ideally an MBA
o At least 5 years’ experience in a management position, at least 2 of which leading teams
of between 20-30 people
o Proven success in the development and optimization of business processes
o Excellent analytical and conceptual skills teamed with strategic thinking and a solid
understanding of IT-processes
o Outstanding negotiating skills and a confident, assertive manner
o Fluent written and spoken English and German
