Apply the Constraints as shown in the image below. Run the base line Analysis ( Linear Static Analysis) Run the Optimization Analysis ( Topology Optimization) to reduce the weight, but make sure the stress value should not increase by 30%. I.e. if in base run your stress is 100 N/mm2. then after Optimization, the optimized shape should not have stress more that 130 N/mm2. Perform the Linear Static Analysis on Final Optimized shape.
