When blow drying any style it is important that a well maintained haircut is present to support the styling. Step 2 Apply the appropraite protective clothing. Step 3 Assess the haircut shape and required result, then apply the appropriate styling product. Step 6 Your fingers can be used to stretch the hair to add smoothness or to add volume to help set the hair in its new beta keratin state. Step 7 Your fingers can be used to create and hold a shape whilst applying heat. Allow the hair to cool in its new position prior to styling into the finished result.
