request to [email protected] before April 6, 2015, otherwise a hard copy receipt will be provided onsite. Registration fees will be refunded if written cancellation is
received by Mar. 27, 2015. Refunds requested after Mar. 27, 2015 will be subject to a $100.00 service fee. There are no refunds on cancellations received after Apr. 3, 2015
due to pre-payment requirements. All refund will be issued after the meeting. NOTE: Attendees with special needs (accessibility, dietary or otherwise) should make this

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ATTENDEES
REGISTRATION FEES: The fees for R&DA meetings are tiered based upon your status as an
R&DA member. There is no registration fee for current government attendees. Registration
provides access to all events to include receptions, meals, and all sessions regardless of topic.
You can become an Industrial Member of R&DA for only $500 per year. Details on membership
are posted on the R&DA website at www.militaryfood.org. Meeting fees received after Mar. 27,
2015 will not receive the early registration discount. Electronic receipts can be provided upon
request to [email protected] before Apr. 6, 2015, otherwise a hard copy receipt will be provided
onsite.
MEETING VENUE: The R&DA 69th Annual Spring Meeting and Exhibition will be held at the
Kingsmill Resort and Conference Center in Williamsburg, VA. All room reservations must be
made through R&DA. Please make your reservations early as we will sell out of all rooms under
our negotiated room block. The Kingsmill Resort and Conference Center is located at 1010
Kingsmill Rd., Williamsburg, VA 23185. All of our hotel rooms will be sold out, so please make
your reservations early. Hotel cancellations made less than 72 hours prior may result in a penalty
for up to two nights lodging cost. Current government employees are offered the 2015 Federal per
diem lodging rate, and all others will be charged only $189 per night. After the cut-off date, these
rooms will be sold from $219-$314 per night. Rooms are available three days prior and after the
meeting if space is available, at the meeting rate of $189.
ROOM RESERVATION METHOD: Fill out and scan & email to [email protected] or fax
the meeting registration form to R&DA at 210-493-8036. The cut-off date for reduced room rates is
March 27, 2015. R&DA will confirm your sleeping room reservations. To change or cancel your
reservation prior to the cut-off date, email [email protected]. For all changes or cancellations
after March 27th, please visit our website at www.militaryfood.org for detailed instructions.
TRANSPORTATION: The nearest full service airport is Newport News/Williamsburg Airport
(PHF) and is about 25 minutes from the hotel. Other servicing airports convenient to the hotel are
Richmond International Airport (RIC) and Norfolk International Airport (ORF) both are about 50
minutes from the hotel. Taxi, rail services and rental cars are the best way to get to the hotel. For

DRESS CODE: All R&DA meetings are designated as “business casual.”
REGISTRATION: R&DA registration will be open from Monday until Wednesday to pick up your
meeting materials or to register on site.
