A Taste of Retreat!

The Northern Virginia Chapter of the American Sewing Guild Presents… A Taste of Retreat! When: Where: Cost: Friday – Sunday, August 14, 15, 16, 2015 New Venue!! National Conference Center 18980 Upper Belmont Place, Leesburg, Virginia 20176 Only $50 per person – for cost of facilities* for 3 days! * Overnight accommodations are available for $109/night for Standard Room, or $129/night for Guest Suite, plus tax with reservations made directly through the hotel at (703) 729-­‐8000. (Ask for ASG rooms) Non-­‐members: $100 per person (plus hotel if staying overnight). Deadline: Reservations must be received by August 7, 2015. No refunds after August 7, 2015. Included in your cost is unlimited sewing time in the spacious Potomac room from Friday morning at 9:00 AM until Sunday afternoon at 4:00 PM. The room will be locked when it is unattended, so you may bring your supplies and machines and leave them without having to pack up daily. For those wishing to stay the weekend, please book directly with the on-­‐site hotel. Rooms are available with a queen or double bed. Suites include a pull-­‐out sleeper sofa. Accommodations include high-­‐speed Internet, fitness center access and a complimentary full hot breakfast. Don’t delay your registration for this popular event.
