Admission to the program is strictly upon presentation of Entry ticket/EAdmission ticket only.
Wristband will be issued during registration.
*Please retain your wristband for the 3 days program.

ARRANGEMENT
The Seating Category (VIP or General) printed on top of your tickets indicates
your seating section. Free seating applies only within your seating category.

Business wears or smart casual. Please dress comfortably, making sure you bring
a sweater to each session, as the temperature in the conference facilities can
fluctuate.

The rights of recording/ taping are reserved.
MEALS
There will be lunch & dinner breaks. Food will not be provided.
No taping or recording of any session is allowed.

Directions From Johannesburg
Take the R24 towards the O.R. Tambo International Airport. At the airport, the road
splits - keep to the left lane and follow the R21 East Rand/Boksburg lane. Follow the
road until you reach Griffiths Road off-ramp, turn left at the top of the bridge. At the
T-junction, turn left into Jones Road. Entrance to Emperors Palace is on your left.
Directions From Pretoria
Take the R21 towards the O.R. Tambo International Airport. At the airport, the road
splits - keep to the left lane and follow the R21 East Rand/Boksburg lane. Follow the
road until you reach Griffiths Road off-ramp, turn left at the top of the bridge. At the
T-junction, turn left into Jones Road. Entrance to Emperors Palace is on your left.
Directions from Sandton / Northern Areas
Take the N3 towards Germiston. At Giloolly's interchange, take the R24 towards the
O.R. Tambo International Airport. At the airport, the road splits - keep to the left lane
and follow the R21 East Rand/Boksburg lane. Follow the road until you reach
Griffiths Road off-ramp, turn left at the top of the bridge. At the T-junction, turn left
into Jones Road. Entrance to Emperors Palace is on your left.
Emperors Palace is conveniently situated next to O.R. Tambo International
Airport and offers guests a complimentary shuttle service operating every 20
minutes between 06h00 and 23h00, daily.
Private VIP transfers can be arranged at an additional cost through Unicab on
011 928 1762.
The Gautrain rapid rail network comprises a link between Pretoria and
Johannesburg as well as O.R. Tambo International Airport and Sandton.
Gautrain busses operate daily from 05h30 to 20h00 on route directly to
Emperors Palace.
