How to sign up early! - Moline Youth Football

WHAT TO DO IF I WANT TO SIGN UP FOR FOOTBALL EARLY!
If you want to sign up early for football season this year, you have a couple of options.
1. You can come to our 2 early sign-up days on Saturday May 16 from 8-12 or Monday May 18
from 4:30-7 at Riverside Park baseball diamonds in Moline. At these dates, you will have 2
options:
Registering and paying for the season in full ($120) and filling out all of your paper work
OR
Signing up and filling out all the paperwork but deciding to wait to pay the fee until
equipment pick up in August.
If you pay at early sign-ups, you will be able to pick up equipment on Saturday July 25, a
week earlier than everyone else, as well as get your spirit cards on that date.
If you just sign –up, you will get your cards when you get equipment one on of the first 3
Saturdays in August, but all of your paperwork will be done!
2. You can print out the registration form and photo release from the website and send a check
made out to MYFA to the following address:

This option is only for early registrations paid in full! This will also allow you to pick up your
equipment and spirit cards on July 25 if you choose.
