It is my pleasure to announce the promotion of Danny Iltchev to
Director of Hospitality Analytics for MGM Resorts International.
In this role, Danny will support the Vice President of Hospitality
Analytics and focus on guiding non-gaming business decisions and
identifying and recommending strategic opportunities to ensure the
effective functioning of the Company. Danny will work closely with
departmental leaders, property leadership (CFOs and Presidents) at
the Company’s multiple casino resorts across the U.S. to facilitate
change and drive financial and operational impact.

Danny most recently served as Manager of Financial Planning
& Analysis for MGM Resorts Retail Finance providing reporting,
analytics, and recommendations for 300+ profit centers and
corporate retail departments. He streamlined reporting processes
through automation and developed a sharepoint-based analytics
depository assisting retail leaders and financial planning executives
across the Company. In addition, Danny partnered with property
and corporate departments and successfully coordinated and
managed the 2015 retail budgeting process. Under Danny’s
guidance, significant growth area has been the research and
development of ROI analytics in support of new store opportunities,
leased-to-owned conversions, and square feet productivity.
Prior to joining Finance, Danny spent five years in operations
management with Bellagio and The Mirage, earning promotions
and enriching his experience through the logo, fashion, and fine
jewelry segments of the Company. Danny directed multiple-store
operations with $12+ million in revenue and specific focus on
sales productivity.
Danny received his Bachelor of Science degree from Southern
Nazarene University with majors in Finance and Business
Management and Minor in Mathematics. Currently, he is pursuing
his Certified Management Accountant license.
