TRULY MINING INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION IN MONGOLIA
Mongolia Mining 2015, fifth edition annual series
was held on 1 - 3 April, 2015 in Buyant Ukhaa
Sport Palace of Ulaanbaatar.
Year to year a scale of the event is broadening
when exhibition first unveiled the expo; it had 70
exhibitors mainly from Mongolia and few
participants from Russia, China and Korea at
Mongolia Mining 2011 and then 90 exhibitors
from 15 countries in 2012 second edition, 120 exhibitors 15 different countries in 2013 edition,
120 exhibitors 16 different countries in 2014 edition. The fact that more than 128 exhibitors from
16 different countries are exhibiting at this year’s trade show assures that Mongolia Mining is
becoming a truly international event.
However, it is not our purpose to have greater number of
exhibitors. Mongolia Mining aims to bring the most cutting-edge
technology to Mongolia’s fast growing mining sector and, on the
other hand, provide our exhibitors with superior opportunities of
collaboration in not only mining industry but also in a number of
related sectors. Majority of our international exhibitors are
displaying their products for the first time in Mongolia to enter this
flourishing market. Therefore edition of 2015 Mongolia Mining
Exhibition had several seminars in the exhibition hall of Buyant
Ukhaa Sport Palace on 1 - 3 of April 2015. Ministry of Mining,
Mineral Authority of Mongolia, Erdenes MGL, Oyutolgoi, Erdenes
tavan tolgoi, Baganuur and Shivee ovoo coal mines, researchers
and directors, CEO of leading Mining operators presented their
introduced their project and solutions to develop mining sector in
Mongolia.

The official sponsors of Mongolia Mining 2015 were MMK LLC, and official dealer of Beiben
Truck since 2009.
Mongolia Mining 2015 was inaugurated on the 1st April 2015 by D. Artag, State Secretary of
Minister of Mining, Mr. B. Lkhavgajav, President of Mongolian National Chamber of
Commerce and Industry, B. Byambasaikhan, CEO, Erdenes Mongol, Co – Organizer of
Mongolia Mining 2015, Mr. T. Battulga, the Chairman of Organizing Committee of Mongolia
Mining 2015 and attended by guests of Ambassadors from Poland, Turkey, Russian Federation,
Czech Republic, British, France, Canada and Germany to Mongolia, and representatives from
embassy of China, Japan, Russia and Korea.
Well over 4560 visitors representing mining operators, mine owners, contractors, service
suppliers, heavy industries, research institutes and mining Medias visited to the expo. And
number of the trade visitors has increased more than 30% than previous edition in 2014.
