ACCESSIBILITY
• Monria features its own space station located between Calypso and Arkadia in space.
• All travel to and from Monria from space is free (No 2 PED fee.).
• All monria-born players will be arriving directly at Monria after going
through a custom version of the calypso gateway with a few Monriatwists.
• All monria-born players will receive free teleportation to Calypso after
completing a unique questline.
• All players are able to teleport directly to Calypso from any Monria TP
for a fee of 7 PED.

CREATURES AND QUESTS
• Monria has 4 unique creatures with unique loot tailored for the Monria
economy.
• For each creature there is a quest line where the final quest is repeatable ensuring continued benefit for hunters.
• All items lootable from mobs has a use in the brand new Monria blueprints. At the moment of writing, not all these blueprints have been looted or crafted.
• For crafters, there is also a quest line ending in a repeatable quest yielding
engineering skills.
• Additional creatures and quests may be requested at a cost.

MINING AND CRAFTING
• With the indoor mining system, Monria is offering a great mining experience comparable to FOMA, HELL and Arkadia Underground.
• Monria offers the only tax-free mining in all of Entropia with indoor
mining system.
• Unique mining mission chains are available for the Monria-specific ores
Zeldonite and Maladrite. Both repeatable for the final quest.
• A crafting chain is available offering repeatable engineering skill gains.
• Direct teleportation to Calypso ensures fast and safe travel for both minerals and resources.

MALL AND APARTMENTS
• Monria has three bundles of shops. One in each of the apartment towers
and the main Mall in the main hub.
• The shops in the apartment towers have already been sold out and is active, while the shops in the main hub have not yet been put up for sale,
except for one that was sold off early.
• In addition to 50 regular apartments there are 12 Penthouse apartments
with indoor swimming pools whereof 9 are still available.

WEBSITE
• Monria controls the domain Monria.com
• The website itself including art has been created by the Monria team and
will be passed on to a potential new owner.
• The website is built on the Drupal framework and the forum is hosted using XenForo.

FURTHER DEVELOPMENT
• Further development of Monria is possible, but changes must be approved by MindArk.
• All development should be done by MindArk staff and the costs will be
split 50-50 between the Monria operator and MindArk.
• 3rd-party content has been permitted on occasion (For example the
Moon apartments - designed by the Entropia player “Ulla Jamira Braun”),
but must be approved by MindArk.

FINANCIALS
• Monria has two sources of income. Revenue from players visiting Monria
(10%), and Revenue from Monria-born players (25%). These can combine, so a Monria-born avatar spending his time on Monria will generate
35% in total.
• The last 14 day average revenue from Monria as of 23rd of May 2015 was
$ 39,70 or 397 PED per day.
• Monria has so far recruited 1125 new players to Monria whereof 43 are
considered active (Logged in last 14 days) as of 30th April 2015.
• The main potential for income growth is considered to be from recruiting
new players to Monria and to Entropia in general. This should be considered if investing in Monria.

BIDDING
• A start price of $100 000 USD has been set for this investment. This is the
equivalent of 1 000 000 PED (Project Entropia Dollars).
• If a sale is made the new owner will be required to sign legal documents
provided by MindArk including a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
