Manufacturing Facility Tour: St. Paul Brass and Aluminum Foundry Thursday, March 26, 2015 Breakfast: 7:30 – 8:30 a.m. Keys Café & Bakery 1682 Lexington Ave. N., Roseville, MN 55113 Tour: 9:00 – 10:00 a.m. Saint Paul Brass and Aluminum Foundry 954 West Minnehaha Ave., St. Paul, MN 55104 Cost: $25/person Saint Paul Brass & Aluminum Foundry is a manufacturer of nonferrous cast products using sand and permanent mold casting processes. Saint Paul Brass Works was started in 1869 by W.F. Bailey. In 1946 it was incorporated and grew to a multimillion dollar operation, nationally recognized for its technological advancement and the quality of its nonferrous cast products. The foundry continues to operate today as Minnesota’s oldest manufacturer, pouring over 30 different alloys of brass, bronze and aluminum, with a pour size of up to 600 lbs. in aluminum and 1,500 lbs. in brass or bronze. This tour is open only to manufacturing/associate members and our annual sponsors. Space is limited so register soon!
