3. Create a front cover for your foldable. Think of a creative title to describe
what is inside.
4. Make an introduction page. It must include 1 paragraph of information about
MyPlate and Nutrition and at least 1 picture.
5. Make a page for each of the five food groups. Each page must contain:
a. The name of the food group and at least one picture
b. The slogan for the food group
c. 5 reasons to eat this food (health benefits or nutrients)
d. 5 ideas or ways to eat more of this food
e. 5 of your favorites or examples
f. The amount YOU should eat each day.
6. Put your name on the back cover.
7. Attach this sheet to the back of your foldable.
