“Parents”), the parents of __________ (the “Child”),
acknowledge that the Child will be participating in
the MVCS Camp activities sponsored by MVCS held
at the property of Mesilla Valley Christian Schools.
The Parents, on behalf of themselves and the Child,
(I) release MVCS from all actions, claims, and
demands against MVCS by reason of their Child’s
participation in the MVCS sport camp activities, and
(ii) agree that they shall indemify and hold harmless
MVCS against any and all losses, claims or damages
of the Parents or Child out of or resulting from a
MVCS Camp activity.
