Dear Homeowners:
The Estates at Crossroads Homeowners Association, Inc. will hold a Special Election
Meeting Thursday, March 19, 2015 at 7:00 P.M. at the Florence Township Municipal
Building 711 Broad Street Florence, New Jersey, for the purpose of electing two homeowner
representatives to the Board of Trustees for two (2) year terms. Trustees Frank Liberto, and
Larry Bragg currently occupy the seats that are up for election.

Only homeowners who are in good standing are entitled to vote. To be in good standing,
you must have paid all of the Association dues on your account.
Homeowners may cast their vote in person, by absentee ballot or by proxy. A proxy or
absentee ballot will enable you to vote if you cannot attend. Do not complete a proxy or
absentee ballot if you will attend the meeting. We ask that all homeowners either attend this
meeting or submit their proxies or absentee ballots so that a quorum is achieved at the
meeting.
