processforinitialentryintoFederalservice.Supervisorsevaluatejobperformance,workbehavior,
character,conduct,andattitudeonthejobthatdirectlyaffectjobperformance.
Supervisorsmustmakeaconscientiousdecision
aboutaprobationerinwriting,normallynotlater
thanthe10thmonthofprobation.Anemployeewho
failsprobationmustbeassignedtoanotherposition
