Class 1 - Mynydd Riding Club

This show is aimed at rider/horse combinations who have not won a
showjumping competition, please enter in the spirit of the competition
RULES AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
The organisers and its officials and Agents cannot be held responsible for any
accident, theft, loss or damage, however caused arising out of or at the competition.
Each competitor (parent or guardian) shall be solely responsible
For consequences of loss, or damage done to, or occasioned by, or
arising from, any animal and indemnify Mynydd Riding Club, Officials, agents,
invitees and the Showground owners against all damages, actions, claims,
proceedings, costs and or expenses in relation to or arising from his/her entries
in the show. (Children under 16 must be under adult supervision at all times).
No refund will be given after the close of postal entries.
Hats to BS StandardPAS015 EN1384 or American Standard SEI
Or ASTMF. Must be worn at all times.
Any Objection must be lodged with the secretary within 5 minutes of the end of the class
concerned, together with a deposit of £10.00 Returnable if the objection is sustained.
The Committee reserves the right to refuse entry to any class without explanation except
to the appropriate body.
The Committee cannot be held responsible for any error in the time schedule
and reserve the right to cancel classes or amend classes or times in anyway.
Run under British Riding Club rules. Juniors under 18years old.Health and Safety and
Welfare: The organisers of this event have taken every reasonable precaution to ensure
the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone
must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accident occurring and obey
the instructions of the organisers and all the official stewards.
All entries to be made on the official entry form.
No entry will be accepted without full payment in advance.
