NACM Cares for Communities
The National Association for Court Management (NACM) is committed to giving back, and in
Louisville, Kentucky, we have an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of many with safe,
clean water. The Early Career Professionals (ECPs) are sponsoring a NACM shoe drive for
WaterStep, a non-profit that provides safe water to communities in developing countries.
WaterStep trains people in developing countries how to use safe water solutions like water
purification, health education, and well repair, empowering communities to take care of their
own water needs for years. They believe that the best solutions to water problems are rooted in
simple tools and effective training. For more information about WaterStep, please visit their

DONATE SHOES. SAVE LIVES!
By donating your new and gently used shoes to WaterStep, you’ll help fund safe drinking water
projects all over the world — projects that help to save hundreds of thousands of lives each year.
In addition to funding water projects, donated shoes keep hundreds of tons of waste out of our
landfills. WaterStep accepts all types of shoes from kids to adults and high heels to high tops.
HOW IT WORKS!
Shoes are sold to an exporter and funds received help bring clean water to those in need.
Donated shoes will support water projects in communities around the world, providing safe
drinking water to someone that needs it.
Whether you will join us in Louisville for the NACM Annual Conference or not, we hope you will
join NACM in this effort, your generosity will help further the mission of WaterStep to provide
