Payment Policy American Express®, Visa®, MasterCard® and checks are accepted. Please make all checks payable to Native Nation Events, LLC. In the memo of the check, please write the name of the conference and the name of the conference attendee. All checks
must be received by the applicable deadline date or no later than five (5) business days prior to the conference. If you submit your registration within seven (7) days of the start of the event, including the start date, only credit card payment will be accepted. Native Nation
Events, LLC is not responsible for any other costs associated with attending the conference.
Cancellation policy Cancellations must be made in writing and received no later than ten (10) days prior to the start of the conference. Cancellations will not be accepted over the phone. Any fees paid will be applied to a credit voucher of equal value, good for
twelve (12) months from the date of the event. It is transferrable to someone from the same tribe or company. Credit vouchers cannot be combined with any other offers. In the event that Native Nation Events, LLC cancels the event due to an act of God, declaration of
war, act of foreign enemies, one or more occurrences that could directly impair travel or any other event that directly or indirectly causes the cancellation or rescheduling of the conference, Native Nation Events, LLC retains the right to issue a credit voucher for a future
Native Nation Events, LLC conference within the following twelve (12) months. Native Nation Events, LLC is not responsible for any other costs associated with attending the conference.
