About Your Coach & Speaker Michele Molitor has been described as enthusiastic, inspiring and a bit of a rabble rouser… She instigates new ideas, successful strategies and more authentic leadership in her clients through her passion as a coach, consultant and speaker. As founder and CEO of Nectar Consulting, Inc., she brings passion, commitment, and over 24 years experience to her work as a professional certified coach, organizational development trainer, facilitator, business consultant, author and speaker. Through her work she helps leaders create substantial organizational growth and success. She also serves as a School Services Coach for California GEAR UP, a professional development program that helps educators and parents create a “College Going Culture” for their students in low-­‐
income middle schools around the state of California. With an engaging style and interdisciplinary approach, she has worked with educators and executives throughout the US and Canada to excel and lead their team or organization more effectively. Her passion for learning, understanding the human dynamic and helping professionals bring their full strengths and talents to their work, gives her a unique set of insights, tools, and strategies to offer her clients to move past obstacles and enhance their success. She has also received her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coach Federation. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida in Advertising, with a minor in psychology, has studied French linguistics at the La Sorbonne, University of Paris, France and has a degree in Graphic Design from the Art Institute of Atlanta. Michele is also a licensed Action Plan Marketing Consultant and Certified Talent Dynamics Flow Consultant. Michele was the host of the hit radio show, “Inspired Business – Courage, Risk & Raising a Ruckus” on VividLife Radio.
