route through Parkgate, Neston, Ness and Burton
• Cycle fair and cycle ride support – 10am-2pm, Neston Market Square
• The Colour Fun Run – 12 noon, Willaston to Parkgate via the Wirral Way
• Family Fun Day – 12 noon, Neston Cricket Club, Parkgate
• The Great Tour coastal cycle ride – 4-6pm, route through Ness, Neston and Parkgate

Farmers’ and Food Makers’ Market
25+ specialist food producers and purveyors come to Neston, many award-winning.
Seasonal, local and sustainable – come and visit this popular market, listen to some
live music, and find out more about where your food is from.
The Village Fair
Now in its 16th year! Classic car parade and marching band escort the May Queen
to this much loved annual event. Come along for an afternoon of live entertainment,
attractions, stalls, giant games and inflatables. Refreshments available.
Liverpool – Chester – Liverpool cycle ride and cycle fair
Join over 3000 riders in the biggest bike ride in Merseyside. Whoop, holler and cheer
them on the route by coming along and making some noise! The Cycle Fair and ride
service area on the Market Square will also host a variety of entertainment, MC and all
things bike including free cycle surgery, free security markings, maps, bikes and parts
for sale and plenty more. For the ride participants and supporters we’ll have refreshments,
washroom facilities, first aid and specialist bike mechanic.
The Colour FUN run and Family Fun Day
This happy event is a five-kilometre, un-timed race in which participants are doused from
head to toe in different colours along the route. The fun continues at the finish line with
a Family Fun Day at Neston Cricket Club. Come along for live jazz music, ice-cream stall,
food, inflatables and a beer tent.
The Great Tour
Help us give the cyclists of this 64-day circumnavigation of the coastline of Great Britain
the warmest of welcomes as the tour arrives in Neston and Parkgate. Taking in over
6,500-kilometres of riding, the tour will be happy to see you.
