*If you do not have a RI Tax ID a temporary one will be available for purchase.
This will cost $10 payable on the day only by check to the TAX
ADMINISTRATOR. A separate check will be required for the payment of taxes
collected. You must attach a photocopy of your RI Sales Tax Permit.

Only work specified may be sold. No kits/pre-manufactured items will be
allowed. The Organizers reserve the right to insist that inventory be removed if it
was not disclosed on the application.
Show fee $90 per day. There is no discount for multiple days.
Payment is due at time of application. Payment is made to The Tilley Group.
The $90 fee is for a 10’ x 10’ White tent that you must provide. The spaces are
on grass and stakes & weights are required. Tablecloths to the floor are required.

An effort is being made to ensure that there are a balanced number of Artisans in
their category.
Booth spaces will be assigned by the Trinity Committee. Artists will be informed
of their location upon arrival at the show.
No electricity is available.
Check in time: 9 am
Parking: Instructions for unloading/parking will come closer to the show.
Parking will be provided of 1 vehicle per booth.
Sales: Please bring plenty of change since there are no banks or machines
nearby.
Bathrooms: There are bathrooms available on site.
Facebook: For those involved in Facebook please provide your FB address. A
separate page is in the planning for the day and it will be great to get this is as
viral as possible. Please forward up to 3 photos of your work via email that can
be used in advertising the show.
This is a rain/shine event. If the weather is very poor an email will be sent out to
all participants. There will be no fear of future backlash if you choose not to
participate in poor weather.

It is highly recommended that you purchase specific Artisan insurance for any
show that you participate in. One choice is http://www.actinspro.com/. They
provide insurance for specific shows for as low as $39 or an annual policy for
$265.
Once accepted into the show I understand the booth fee is nonrefundable. I release all organizers and the venue from any and all
liability for damage, injury or loss to any person or goods, which may
arise from the occupation space or participation in this show by
Artisan, employees or agents as well as Trinity Church, Arts and
Cultural Alliance of Newport and Bridgefest as well as its employees
or agents.
