*6 WEEK SESSION*
The All Skills Clinics are great for players who want to continue developing throughout the duration of the
summer. Players will work on all skill areas, positions, and game play from an experienced, and well-respected
coaching staff. Intense training with the Speed staff will improve agility, speed and vertical jump.
*Please note we allow for several makeups due to summer conflicts assuming space is available*

Strictly Serving!
The Serving clinics are in response to the overwhelming need to learn the overhand serve and
with correct form. We see many players that have solid fundamentals but lack the most
important skill – SERVING. Serving is often the deciding factor on making a team and playing
time when an athlete is part of the team. Our Coaches will break down the skill: toss, step,
draw and contact. We will build strength and confidence. It is not enough to just get the ball
over the net but do it with proper technique and form. Parents are invited to the 2nd week to
discuss individual needs and exercises to practice at home.
