1 mile Walk 5K Run /at - North Country Community Mental Health
Join us in the competitive 5K Run/1 Mile
Awareness Walk to help celebrate “May is
Mental Health Month.”
May is Mental Health Month
This year’s Run/Walk theme is “Mind Your
Health,” aimed at increasing awareness that
mental health is integral to overall health
for everyone. People need to protect their
mental health and balance both mind and
body to be able to respond to the stress of
daily life and the challenges it presents.
Proceeds from the Run/Walk will
be given to the North Country CMH
Consumer Council to assist with
transportation, clothing, arts and crafts
supplies, or other special needs.
