Lindridge-Martin Manor Neighborhood Association
Regular Meetings:
General membership meetings are held on the first Wednesday of February, May, August, and
November at 7:15 P. M. (Westminster Presbyterian Church, 1436 Sheridan Drive, Atlanta
30324). If the designated Wednesday meeting is a legal holiday or the Wednesday following a
legal holiday in the same week, then the meeting will be held on the second Wednesday of the
month. The general membership may decide on all matters pertinent to the LMMNA.
The Board meets on the first Wednesday of the month at 7:15 p.m., except in those months
accommodating a general membership meeting at a location determined by the President.
Zoning meetings are held as needed.

Morningside-Lenox Park Association
Monthly Meeting: MLPA holds its monthly meetings on the second Monday of every month
beginning with a social at 7:00PM at the Morningside Presbyterian Church, 1411 N. Morningside
Drive.
The Zoning Committee meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 7:30 pm at the Morningside
Presbyterian Church.

Gotham Way Park Committee
Elections: The Bylaws of the PHCA require that the directors be elected by votes cast by the
association members at the annual meeting, generally held in November. Any member may
recommend himself or herself or any other member for nomination. Nominees receiving fifty
percent (50%) of the votes cast shall be elected to fill the available vacancies. The term of
service of each board member is two (2) years from his/her election at the annual meeting.

Monthly Meeting:
Board of Director meetings are held monthly at 7 PM on the 2nd Monday at the Ponce
De Leon Public Library, 980 Ponce de Leon Ave. NE.
Planning Committee meetings: monthly on the Wednesday prior to Board of Director
meetings at 7 PM at Garrison Hall, Church of Our Saviour, 1068 North Highland Ave. NE.
