This is your “Photo Shoot.” We have a large variety of sessions to fit your needs and
style. WE ARE FLEXIBLE! If you don’t see exactly what you want, please ask and
we’ll figure out a way to make it work! We want you to be comfortable, have fun and
express who you are. Feel free to bring any props, pets, wheels, activities or hobbies
to personalize your session. We promise you’ll have a blast and create images that

with 2 or 3 outfits per person. Some photos together and some
of each person individually. Your choice of in studio and outdoor locations in Owatonna. Help each other with the session.

4 or 5 outfits per person. Some photos together and some of

can be done during the senior session (I’ll allow plenty of extra
time) OR at anytime before graduation. We can do this in the
studio or on location in a park or your backyard.

Q & A: About the Session
I don’t know where to go for my outdoor photos? Don’t worry! With over 20
years of experience taking senior portraits in Owatonna I’ll suggest places and ideas
that I’m sure you’ll love! Every year I scout out new locations and fresh ideas. Of
course we can go anywhere in town, but here are a few possible places: Mineral
Springs Park, Dartt’s Park, Lake Kohlmeyer, West Hills, Prairie Park, R.R. Tracks,
downtown buildings and alleys, the high school, Village of Yesteryear, your yard, or
any other site you select! I’ll go wherever you want!!
What if it rains? Don’t worry! We’ll call you to discuss options to get everything
you’re hoping for indoors and out. We can always reschedule the outdoor portraits.
Should I get there early? Don’t worry! Just come at the scheduled time. When you
first arrive, we’ll spend some time talking about your session, going over your outfits,
selecting some backgrounds, looking at some picture ideas and choosing outdoor
locations. Of course this consultation time will be “off the clock” and not part of your
actual session time. This is where we plan your session so bring your ideas!
How will I view my portraits? Usually within two weeks after your session we will
have your previews ready for you to view. There will be three ways to view them:
• We will post them online - this is a great way for friends to see them!
• We will print them on a color workbook for you to keep.
• We will put the copyright stamped images on a cd for you to look at two ways: there will be a movie set to music and an Index Method to look at them more closely on your computer. You get to keep the cd!
I heard you do Green Screen photography? Yes! This has been an exciting addition to our senior sessions. I have several hundred possible backgrounds to add
in behind your photo AND I’ve created and found many others to personalize some
sessions. Just let us know if you’re interested and we’ll let you know how it works
How does the payment work? The session fee is due when we take your portraits.
A $50 deposit is required when the previews leave the studio. This will go toward
your order if you place the order by the due date - usually two weeks after picking
them up. When the order is placed, a deposit of one-half of the balance is due before
the order is put into production. The balance is due when the order is ready.
How do I schedule a session? It’s easy! Get out your schedule and give us a call.
When you call, please indicate which session you’ve chosen so that the proper
amount of time can be reserved for you. We will want to know: about how many outfits you plan to wear; if you want in-studio and/or outdoor portraits; how much time
you want with your session; and any other ideas you have. Feel free to bring your
own props. A parent or friend is welcome at the session. A “Too Look Good” tip sheet
and a map to the studio will be sent to you.

Deluxe or Economy ?
Deluxe prints are sprayed with a protective lacquer to
protect from fading and fingerprints and 8 x 10’s are
dry mounted for framing. Economy prints are NOT
sprayed or dry mounted. In both finishes all 5 x 7 and
4 x 6 prints are placed in display folders.

Prints made from ALL IMAGES Ordered include Normal Retouching to: remove blemishes, blend skin tones, soften facial
lines and whiten teeth. With Corrective Retouching we can remove glass glare, braces, stray hair, tan lines or fix other flaws.

Oldenburg Photography retains the copyright
to all images we create for you. It is a violation of Federal Copyright Law to copy, scan or
reproduce any of our images for any reason.

High Resolution & Release $250
A disc of the color-corrected high resolution images from your session and a photo
release to order your own prints. We will also include a set of low-resolution images that
will work great on your phone or social media!
One thing to keep in mind is that although the images will be color corrected, they will
not receive any facial retouching or special artwork in Photoshop. Those services are
done only on images when you order your finished prints from us and then the retouched
files are not released to you. Also, the color-corrected files will make a nice print from our
Professional Lab, but we simply can not guarantee the quality of a print from a one-hour
type photo lab or from your own printer.
With that in mind, if you choose this package we still offer you the option of having some of your important finished prints made through us. That way we can provide the
facial retouching and additional artwork that will make you look fantastic!

Our Promise . . .
Please note that your satisfaction is very important to us. We want you to be pleased with every aspect
of your senior portraits. If for any reason you are unhappy with your portraits, please let us know and we
will be willing to do what it takes to please you. We will
gladly retake any of your portraits, or we will redo your
finished prints until you are satisfied with the results.
We understand that some people may be a little
uncertain or even nervous about their senior portraits.
We try hard to make you comfortable in our home
studio environment. But no matter how hard we try,
sometimes that nervousness still might show in your
portraits. If that’s the case, we encourage you to give us
a second chance and odds are that you will feel more
comfortable and you will see that in your portraits.
The bottom line . . . . we want you to be satisfied
with your senior portraits. It’s that simple!
