Leadership and Management Development Program – LEAD GA
I am pleased to announce the launch of the 2nd annual Leadership Enhancement
and Administrative Development program (“LEAD” GA) for department
managers and emerging leaders at UNC General Administration. This year
program participation is being extended to UNC-TV and SEAA and the selection
committee will be accepting nominations through May 22, 2015.
Human Resources will continue to organize this effort designed specifically to
assist managers and emerging leaders in navigating the complex issues they face
as members of the University leadership. Of course, it also is directly linked to the
UNC Strategic Directions. The curriculum will be delivered in eight full-days
from September to November 2015. An overview of the program with nomination
form is attached.
There are only thirty slots and attendance is mandatory, so submit your nomination
form with supervisory approval and hold the dates on your calendars. The 2015
cohort will be announced in June. Please contact Tomaree Porter
