*The Board will take any added proof into consideration
Rules and Regulations
1.Each application must be proposed by a non-BD member and
then approved by a BD member. BD members cannot nominate
members for the award. For the purpose of this nomination
form the word ‘person’ refers to a member of the MMSA.
2.Self nominations will not be accepted; nominations for BD
members will not be accepted.
3.Application forms are to be handed in to a member of the
th
BD by not later than 6pm on Thursday 16 April 2015.
4.The Board of Directors will scrutinise the applications
received and their decision is final.
5.The award is aimed at members who have shown holistic
excellence in their contribution to the association and their
university life.
6.The award will be presented to the winner during
Appreciation Night.
