• Nutritional analysis
• Drugs of abuse and ethanol

100% of the Raw Milk is Sampled
• Milk collection bags are
disinfected prior to entry into

• Professional processing
and CIP system to prevent
biofilm formation
Measuring Attributes
Each pouch individually labeled
• Individual pouch #
• Scannable bar/3D code GS-1
• Use with breast milk tracking
systems
Pre and Post Processing Analysis
• Amino acid yields high
• Lot to lot consistency
• Major and minor nutrients
preserved
• Nutrient stability over time
• Wider range of human milk
oligosaccharides preserved

Donor Stories-Milk Money
I can’t thank MMC enough
for what they do for
babies and what they have
done for my household. ~
Novela
This program is longl over due and
brings breast milk donation in to
the modern age. MMC is making a
difference in not only the lives of
infants they serve but the donors
that strive to save them. ~Laura
At a dollar an ounce, by the time
my 3 month-old is one year old I
should be able to have quit my
job, finish school , and have some
money put away for a rainy
day!! ~ Janell
