Rejec ng the Messenger
None of us likes to hear the truth especially when it hurts. Who likes to be told
that he is on the wrong track? Who wants to hear that things in his garden are
far from rosy?
We shy away from these things. The reason is obvious. The truth hurts and
none of us likes being hurt.
Consequently we can take the truth only in small doses. Few people are prepared to tell us the truth. They do
not want to upset or hurt us.
And yet the truth is the only thing that will save us, the only thing that will set us free, the only thing that will
let light into our darkness.
But there is an art in telling it. That art consists in being totally honest and totally kind at the same me.
The person who out of love for us tells us the truth, knowing that it is going to hurt, and at the risk of losing our
friendship, is a true friend.
PreK Registration:
We only have three openings left in our PreK classes, so if you plan to register your child,
you need to come in and do it very soon. When classes are filled, we will place all new
application on a waiting list in the order that they are received.
Registration:
The school is open every weekday during the summer from 7:30-4:00. You can call to set
up an appointment and a tour by calling 321-783-2330 or stopping by the school office. If
you cannot schedule an appointment during these hours, we will work with your schedule
to arrange an appointment at a time convenient for you.
We accept McKay scholarship students and Step Up For Students (Florida Tax Credit
scholarships). We have excellent teachers, many holding multiple Master’s degrees. Our
students are happy, smiling, challenged, and loved here. They have recess every day and
only one standardized test per year in Grades 2-8. What better atmosphere could you place your child! Join us and give
your child the best education in Brevard County.

11-12, the Dominican
Sisters will visit Our
Saviour’s to ask for
spiritual and financial
support for the poor
in Vietnam. The Sisters provide for many needs of the
poor, including educa on, housing, food, safe drinking
water, basic medical care for leper, and more. They also
teach the Faith to catechumens as well as prepare catechists to assist in spreading the Good News. The Sisters
are assigned by the Mission Coopera on Plan of our Diocese; therefore, please support them and their missionary work. Thank you and may God bless you for your
