makes a romantic setting, where celebrations can take place before the ultimate London
backdrop.
OXO2 is a truly special place for couples to start their life together and we as the event team will
do all we can to make it the perfect day. Enjoy drinks or dinner from our award winning caterers,
Create Food & Party Design, accompanied by the spectacular sight of OXO2’s unique
panoramas. As your event managers we will be on hand to guide and advise you throughout the
organisation process and can arrange all production elements including furniture, flowers,
bands, DJ’s and lighting. And, unlike many other venues, that same event manager will be there
on the day of the event itself to ensure all proceedings run to plan, leaving you free to enjoy the
occasion!
OXO2 is licenced for civil wedding ceremonies and civil partnerships and provides an ideal
space for both the ceremony and reception. OXO2 is able to hold a ceremony for up to 150
guests, Wedding Breakfast for up to 180 guests with a DJ and 220 guests without a DJ.

Whether you hire one side or both you will still have exclusive access to the OXO2 balcony
and its fantastic views of the Thames. Whatever your event, the OXO2 events team will
provide creative solutions, attention to detail and a seamless delivery.
We offer a number of event packages however, we are also happy to tailor bespoke
packages to suit your event.

Exclusive hire of OXO2 from 3.30pm for a 4.00pm ceremony in the West Side
Sparkling wine and soft drink reception from 4.30pm – 6.00pm in the East Side
4 pre dinner canapés
Guests return to the West Side for a 3 course dinner with tea and coffee
Unlimited house wine, beer and soft drink package for duration of day
Additional service of sparkling wine for wedding toast
DJ and lighting package set up in the West Side
Bar and DJ finishes at 11.30pm
Guests depart by 12am
Venue manager, security and cloakroom staff
Atmospheric colour changeable lighting, pin spots and projections
Occasional furniture for the reception including poseur tables, stools, coffee tables and cube
