The #PeanutPower Your Day with PB&J Sandwich Delivery Offer (the “Offer”) starts at 9:00 a.m. Eastern
Time (“ET”) and ends at 9:00 p.m. ET on March 29, 2015 or while supplies last (approximately 250 packs),
whichever is sooner.
Offer open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older
who have a residential or business address between Houston Street and 59th Street in Manhattan, New York.
To receive one (1) #PeanutPower pack delivered to your residence or business address that contains a
peanut butter and jelly sandwich along with apple slices and carrots in a logoed bag (each, a “pack”) while
supplies last, log on to your Twitter account, and post a tweet that completes the phrase “I want
#peanutpower because _______” and be sure to include the hashtag #peanutpower. National Peanut Board
will make approximately two hundred and fifty (250) packs available to be delivered. This Offer is in no way
promoted, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Twitter. Not combinable with any other offer
and cannot be redeemed for cash. Not transferable. Void where prohibited by law. Limit one (1) Offer
request per person using only one (1) email account per mailing address for the entire Offer Period. Offer
requests generated by script, macro or other automated or improper means are void. Offer recipients are
responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, if any. Offer recipients will be notified by direct message on
Twitter on March 29, 2015 and will be asked to respond and provide their full name, date of birth and the
mailing address where they’d like the pack to be delivered in Manhattan, New York. Packs will be delivered
via courier service between 11:00 a.m. ET and 2:00 p.m. ET on March 30, 2015. Failure to respond to
National Peanut Board’s direct message within three (3) hours from time of initial notification will result in
such offer request being deemed void.
General Conditions: Offer may be withdrawn without prior notice. Released Parties (as defined below) are
not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, garbled, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, or undelivered
Offer requests or packs; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider
(ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer,
satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or
misdirected transmissions or computer errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic,
typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Offer, including, without limitation,
errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Offer, the processing of Offer requests,
or in any Offer-related materials. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants'
or to any other person's computer or printer related to or resulting from participating in this Offer or
downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the
Offer, as solely determined by National Peanut Board, will be disqualified. Should any portion of the Offer
be, in National Peanut Board’s sole opinion, compromised by bugs, virus, worms, non-authorized human
intervention or other causes, which, in the sole opinion of National Peanut Board, corrupt or impair the
administration, security, fairness or submission of information, National Peanut Board reserves the right at
its sole discretion to terminate the Offer. By participating, you agree (i) to be bound by these terms and
conditions and the decisions of National Peanut Board which are final and binding, and (ii) to release and
hold harmless National Peanut Board, promotional partners, Twitter, their respective parent companies,
subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers,
directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) against any liability, for any injuries,
losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly
or indirectly, from participation in this Offer or acceptance and use of any items provided in the packs. Offer
