2015 PHOENIX PRIDE PARADE PRICING
**Pricing is per organization. If organizations would like to march together,
they must pay a separate entry fee**
$50.00
NON-PROFITS, GSAs:
Organizations sanctioned by the IRS, those with applications pending
and those whose purpose is other than creating income or profit for its
owners or directors. Foundations or other organizations that generate
funds that are dispersed to other non-profit organizations will be
considered non-profit.
$75.00
LOCAL SOCIAL GROUPS:
Includes various pageant systems, leathermen groups, groups that
may not fall under the non-profit category.
A group that may not have non-profit status, but does not pay profits
to investors.
$85.00
SCHOOLS, COLLEGES, POLITICIANS, GOVERNMENT AGENCIES:
All local politicians/individuals with a legislative agenda that are or will
be running for political office.
All incumbent politicians/individuals that currently are in or out of
political office.
All schools and colleges or groups sanctioned by the school or
college.
Any city, state and federal governmental agencies and departments.
$100.00
Local Business Categories:
Includes all local businesses that are not part of a national corporation
or franchise operation.
Includes local bars and restaurants.
All groups that are representing an association within a larger national
corporation.
$250.00
All National Corporations and/or Franchised businesses.
2015 Parade Pricing: Phoenix Pride is a 501(c)3 Non-Profit organization.
Additional Vehicles – ENTRY FEE INCLUDES (2) VEHICLES.
If there are more than two vehicles in your contingent, there is a $50 fee
per additional (2) vehicles. This fee does not apply to vehicle clubs.
MANDATORY PARADE CONTINGENT MEETING:
A representative from each organization MUST attend the Mandatory
Parade Contingent Orientation Meeting, TBA
Location: Phoenix Pride LGBT Center, 801 N 2nd Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85003.
A reminder will be e-mailed to the designated contact in advance.
FAILURE TO ATTEND THIS MEETING WILL FORFEIT CONTINGENT’S ABILITY
TO RECEIVE PREMIUM PLACEMENT IN PARADE.
