Be Kind to Animals
Poster & Writing Contest
Submission deadline: March 19, 2015

Be Kind and Always Love Your Pet: Be gentle, kind, and calm with your pet. Never hit, tease, or make your pet feel
bad by chasing, riding, squeezing, or pulling its ears or tail. Each type of pet is different, so make sure you know what
they need to be happy and healthy!

All Dogs and Cats Need an Identification Tag on Their Collar! Identification tags are the best way to help get your
pet back to you if it escapes or gets lost.

Health and Wellness are Important for Your Pet: Annual visits to the veterinarian, high quality food, and regular
play and exercise will help your pet stay healthy and live longer.
