Directors in the 3rd term dated August 15th, 2014.

Article 1: To establish a Company’s branch:

for the assigned tasks mentioned at Articles 1 and 2 of this Resolution. Ms. Cao Thi Ngoc Dung
may authorize the third person.
Article 4: To assign Ms. Cao Thi Ngoc Dung - General Director - to supervise the
implementation of Board of Directors’ Resolution.
