We are excited to have Kathy Martin from Pierce
County Safe Streets with us this year. She will be
talking about what we can do to reduce crime and
make our neighborhood safer!

Please join us for a work party Saturday, May 2, 2015 to give our
front entrance a face lift. From 9:00 – noon residents are invited to
help paint the sign and freshen up the landscaping.

Last year we installed
“Dog Waste Stations” in
our community park. We
appreciate your
participation in using the
bags to pick up dog
waste and helping to
keep the park clean.
Thank you!
Ponderosa Estates
Homeowners Association
sponsored a neighborhood
clean-up day during the
winter of 2015. Residents
worked together to canvas
the neighborhood, cleaning
up the streets, the
easements and the park.

the 3 annual “Party in the
Park.” Over 70 residents
brought friends and
children for this fun family
event. We had all kinds of
activities including a
Bouncy House, two
piñatas and a raffle! Hot
dogs, chips, and pop were
available during the party.

a recycling event during
the party. Please see our

recycled.
The HOA has food
available each month for
those in need.
The food will be available
following each monthly
HOA meeting.
It is generously being
provided by Puyallup
Foursquare Church and
Ponderosa residents.
