!1. The exhibitor agrees to pay the sum stated on the application portion of this contract. ! Cancellation of this contract for any reason will result in forfeiture of all monies paid.

Port Stanley BIA agrees to permit the exhibitor for the occupancy period stated on the

!3. The exhibitor warrants that nothing displayed, sold or done by the exhibitor will be in violation of
laws, trademarks, copyrights or other intellectual property right. The exhibitor agrees to
