Diva Night Fine Arts and Crafts Fair

Welcome to our 1st Annual Diva Night. We are excited to provide a fun night out for the ladies of St. John’s as
well as the Community in Connecting, Caring, and Sharing in Christ. All the proceeds from this event will go to
St. John’s Lutheran School PPO to assist in funding a variety of student programs and activities.
We are glad to have you join us as an exhibitor. Advertisements, including signs and fliers, will be sent
throughout the St. John’s Community and local businesses. Advertising fliers will be sent to you with a
confirmation of your booth number as well as an emailed electronic version.
All confirmed and paid exhibitors will be granted 1 (8ft) table space and 2 chairs (a table will be provided,
please note if you do not want the table). Some flexibility is available in table set ups. However, please be
considerate of your neighbors and allow plenty of space for Divas.

Applications will be accepted on a first come first serve basis until all vendor spaces are filled. Application fee is $25
We will be accepting applications for both direct sales and handmade fine arts and crafts. Please no bake sale or homemade
food items. Only 1 direct sale vendor per company will be accepted.
3. Silent Auction – we are kindly requesting a donation of an item(s) for our silent auction. (approx. value $10)
4. Due to limited spaces we are requesting 1 vendor/company per person and 1 table space per person. If availability permits,
we may allow the purchase of additional table spaces.
(Please note this on your registration form. In the event of availability we will contact you.)
5. Please submit payment (non-refundable) with your application and a self-addressed stamped envelope. Confirmations will
not be returned without an envelope.
6. All exhibitors must have a current Wisconsin Vendor/ Sellers Permit.
7. Tables must be covered to the floor in a professional manner.
8. Set up will begin at 1:45pm, all vehicles must be moved from the school/gym parking lot immediately following unloading
and no vehicles will be allowed by the gym after 2:15pm for bus pick- up. All vendors must be set up by 2:45pm. If you need
more set up time please contact Amanda (please note all requests may not be guaranteed).
9. Each exhibitor is responsible for cleaning his/her area prior to departure. All items must be cleaned up by 9:30pm, no early
take downs please.
10. St. John’s is not responsible for any lost/stolen or damaged merchandise and/or personal property.
11. Exhibitors are kindly asked to move their vehicles to the church parking lot once unloaded to leave space for Divas.
