This study was conducted on a population of 2400 subjects with a sample of 333 selected by stratified random sampling. Research methodology was ex-post descriptive. Research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire consisting of 30 questions. The study findings indicated that the family education classes provided additional awareness and knowledge to the participating parents. Therefore, family education classes had the required effectiveness. These classes provided awareness and knowledge to parents in various subjects including religious education, physical needs of adolescences, emotional -psychological needs of adolescence, coordination of educational methods used at home and school, and parent-teacher relation. This study showed that there was no significant difference between views of the participating male and female parents on the effectiveness of the family education classes on their increased awareness about physical needs of adolescences. There was no significant difference between coordination of home and school educational methods and parents' educational level. The two variables had a negative inverse relation. There was no significant relation between emotionalpsychological needs of students and their school level.
