There are a variety of reports and statements in PROMAS Landmaster - most with enough
variations to suit any property manager’s requirements. The specific needs of both investement and
fee based managers have been considered.
Any screen form can be printed using the Print Form button. Any report or statement can be
previewed on the screen in lieu of or prior to printing.

This owner statement shows many of the various options that are available.

Typical owner statement
This is the basic statement with memos and payees. Most property
management companies use this statement style for their owners with
one or two units. A list of unpaid invoices and open work orders can
be included.

End of Year statement
This statement combines like accounts for the period selected, in an
income style format. It can be used as a yearly statement to
accompany 1099’s to owners.

Multi-unit owner statement
This statement is for an owner of multiple properties
with a summary at the end.

Owner Financial Reports
Other Revenue and Expense reports available compare this
year’s period to the same period last year with the difference
calculated in dollars or a percentage.

Other Cash Flow reports available compare this year’s period
to the same period last year with the difference calculated in
dollars or a percentage.

The Balance sheet can also be run to compare this year’s
period to the same period last year with the difference
calculated in dollars and a percentage.

Other Trial Balance reports available compare this year’s
period to the same period last year with the difference
calculated in dollars or a percentage.

The ledger audit report shows the transactions that occured during
the time period for each ledger, as well as the balances for each.
Owner Reports
A single page owner profile that can be printed and placed
in a folder for easy access during off hours. A similar
report can be run for unit and tenant profiles.

This report gives you all the address information for the
owner - permanent, part-time, distribution check, units.

each owner - address and phone numbers.
This report gives you all the phone numbers
for each owner and his tenants.

Tenant Reports
A good breakdown of what tenants owe.

A good tool for recording rents received.

Whenever charges are compiled a list of candidates is
displayed for reveiw and edition prior to posting.

A breakdown of tenants who are delinquent - aged.
You can print a receipt to give to a tenant
who is making a payment in person.

This report can be sorted by tenant, unit, property manager, lease type or lease
expiration date. Most tenant reports have the same options.

Expected management fees based on current
occupancy. Note the summary information.

The cross reference function is useful for matching owners with
their units and tenants. You can also print a report.

Vendor Reports
Want a breakdown of checks to vendors? Maybe
you need just one vendor’s check history.

Aged and unpaid payables give you a breakdown
of what is due to your vendors.

Management Reports
You can get a detailed breakdown of all income and expenses to
the Management Group ledger. Do a summary report to see
what income was recorded for any time period.

Reviewing the analysis of your managed units provides a
clear picture of current status. Review regularly to track
changes in your market.

Bank Reports
The check register can be printed with details (above),
summary (without the detail line) or including
destroyed and voided checks.

A deposit slip and a deposit slip report are available
when you post a deposit.

A Deposit Register Details (top) and a Deposit Register Receipts (bottom)
report can be printed at any time after the deposit has been posted.

This report is printed after reconciling with the bank statement.
