IMPORTANT SEALBEARER INFORMATION
CONGRATULATIONS! You are officially one of the PVHS Spring 2015 CSF Life Members (aka Gold Sealbearer or
Sealbearer). Please share the following information with your parents/guardians.
Community Service

You must still do community service! Choose something off the Spring 2015 CSF list (either donation or service)

Remember that the motto for CSF is “Scholarship for Service.” Do your service to earn the Gold Cord.

The donation drive will be sometime in late March/mid-April.
Banquet Info: Mark your calendar

Torrance Marriott Hotel, 3635 Fashion Way (off of Hawthorne Blvd)

Tuesday evening, April 28, 2015.

We will start at 6:30 sharp, so ARRIVE EARLY.

Attire: guys-wear shirt and tie (coats are optional but look nice); ladies-something nice but not necessarily formal (please
no jeans or flip-flops)
Banquet Invitations

The invitations were mailed to your home last week. If you need another copy for a second household, let me know.

RSVPs and checks due by April 10 or sooner.

Seating is assigned in the order we receive RSVPs.
Banquet Introductions: SEND TO [email protected] NO LATER THAN APRIL 10
Please be prompt (or your name will not be in the banquet program).
Ideas to include in your intros: Your most memorable achievements while at PVHS. Can include extracurricular activities. If known, what
college you will attend, Activities, Organizations, Leadership, Awards, Special Recognition, Special Abilities or Talents, Personal
successes or accomplishments, Future Goals. What were you most involved in? What are you proud of? What was memorable? These
statements will be used to introduce you at the Sealbearer banquet. Bragging is encouraged. Your introduction may be edited
Use Arial, 10 point font, singled-spaced. Length is 3-5 sentences. If they are too long they will be edited.
DVD Slideshow: I need your kindergarten and senior pictures by April 10 .
To be included in the slideshow, either email (JPEG) your kindergarten photo (or any age 5 photo) and a senior photo or come to
room 414 and scan it, then send it. SEND BOTH PHOTOS TO: [email protected]
