Crestview Acres, Inc. provides Skilled and Intermediate Nursing Care for short or long term stays as well
as has a secure CCDI Unit. Our CCDI Unit seeks to provide decreased stress and minimal confrontation in
a secure environment for chronically confused, ambulatory Alzheimer’s type residents. We also offer
hospice, respite care, and therapy services.
Crestview is located at 1485 Grand Avenue, Marion IA, 52302. We are located only 15 minutes from
Mercy and St Luke’s Hospitals and clinics in Cedar Rapids. Marion is the largest suburb of the Cedar
Rapids metro area and is proud of its small town atmosphere. Their Parks and Recreational Department
services 41 parks and green spaces including City Square Park which hosts the nationally acclaimed
annual Marion Arts Festival, concerts, farmers markets, and many other family oriented events.
