Rainwater Harvesting Systems and Greywater Recycling Certificates Course Content Overview This course is designed for experienced and / or qualified BSE engineers and plumbers who wish to specify, install and maintain Rainwater Harvesting & Greywater Recycling systems ensuring that individuals have the knowledge and skills required to undertake this particular type of work. Through the delivery of 12 modules and practical experience, on purpose built indoor rigs, you can develop skills and theory with a qualified trainer. Depending on your level of experience and the successful completion of the assessment, a BPEC ‘Installer Certificate’ or ‘Awareness Certificate’ will be awarded. Course Delivery The course is delivered over 3 days comprised of theoretical training as well as practical exercises. It is delivered at Raincatcher Limited, Wallasey, using purpose built in-door rigs, trained by qualified instructors using bespoke BPEC learning materials . Module 3: Rainwater Harvesting & Greywater Recycling - Health & Safety. Module 4: Rainwater Harvesting - System Types and Components. Module 5: Rainwater Harvesting - Calculations. Module 6: Rainwater Harvesting - Water Quality. Module 7: Rainwater Harvesting - Installation and Commissioning. Module 8: Rainwater Harvesting - Maintenance and Fault Finding. Module 9: Greywater Recycling - System Types and Components. Module 10: Greywater Recycling - Water Quality. Module 11: Greywater Recycling - Installation and Commissioning. Module 12: Greywater Recycling - Maintenance and Fault Finding. BPEC Certification The assessments are designed to ensure that all candidates are treated fairly and equally throughout the country. This approach ensures that both employers and customers can be confident that an operative assessed at a BPEC Certification Ltd approved assessment centre will be able to operate both safely and competently. This course is recognised for the ‘Microgeneration Certification Scheme’ (MCS) and as such meets part of the ‘accredited installer’ requirements.
