With reference to our earlier announcement dated 25th March 2015 related to nomination
for the Board of Directors of the Bank, we would like to inform our shareholders that
Mr.Abdul Aziz Abdulla Al Zaabi has withdrawn his nomination to the Board. The revised

H.E. Mohammad Omran Alshamsi
H.E. Mohammad Omran Al Shamsi worked with Etisalat for 35 years retiring as the Chief
Executive Officer and Chairman in 2012. He is currently a member of the Board of
Emirates foundation, member of the Board of Governor of Khalifa University and
Chairman of the Board of Directors for Ras Al Khaimah Properties Company. He is also
the Chairman and Chancellor of the Higher Colleges of Technology in the status of a
minister. H.E. Mohammed Alshamsi holds a degree in Electronics and Communication
Engineering from Cairo University.
H. E. Engr. Sheikh Salem Bin Sultan Al Qasimi
H.E. Engr. Sheikh Salem Al Qasimi is a member of the Government of Ras Al Khaimah
Executive Council. He is also Chairman of the RAK Department of Civil Aviation, member
of the General Civil Aviation Authority, founder and Chairman of UAE Fencing Federation,
and Chairman of both Ras Al Khaimah National Travel Agency (RANTA) and Ras Al
Khaimah Travel agency (RAKTA). H.E. Engr. Sheikh Salem holds a Bachelor of Science in
Mining Engineering from the University of Arizona, an Executive Certificate in
Competitive Strategy from INSEAD, and a Masters of Business Administration (EMBA)
from the American University of Sharjah.
Mr. Ahmed Essa Al Naeem
Mr. Ahmed Essa Al Naeem has 39 years of work experience with the Ras Al Khaimah
government. He is the former General Manager of RAK Petroleum and Gas Commission.
He is also a former member of the Ras Al Khaimah Municipal Council and of the Ras Al
Khaimah Chamber of Commerce, Industry, and Agriculture and has held many posts in
various ministries. Among his many external appointments, Mr. Ahmed is currently
Chairman of RAK Trade Centre, Vice Chairman of United Insurance Company, Vice
Chairman of RAK National Insurance Company, and Director of Gulf Pharmaceutical
Industries (Julphar).
Mr. Hamad Abdulaziz Al Sagar
Mr. Hamad Al Sagar is a former member of the Municipality of Kuwait and a former
member of the Kuwait Planning Board. He was also on the Board of Kuwait Investment
Authority. He is currently a Director at Shuaa Capital, the National Bank of Kuwait, and
Al Kout Industrial Projects. Mr. Hamad holds a Bachelor degree in Economics from the
University College of Dublin.

Mr. Salem Ali Al Sharhan Al Nuaimi
Mr. Salem Al Sharhan Al Nuaimi spent 23 years at Etisalat in various posts and was the
telecom’s former Group Chief Financial Officer. He previously served as an advisor to His
Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of
Ras Al Khaimah. Mr. Salem is currently a Board Member of the Dubai International
Financial Centre Authority and Ras Al Khaimah National Insurance Company.
Mr. Yousuf Obaid Bin Essa Al Nuaimi
Mr. Yousuf Al Nuaimi has 37 years of banking experience with HSBC Group. Currently,
he is the president of Ras Al Khaimah’s Reconciliation and Commercial Arbitration Centre
and Chairman of Ras Al Khaimah’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Mr. Yousuf is
also a Director at Federal Chamber of Commerce, the Human Resources Development
Committee in Banking and Financial sector, and Sheikh Saqr Charity.
Mr. Allan Griffiths
Mr. Allan Griffiths, an Australia citizen, has over forty plus of years of experience in the
banking, financial services, and insurance industries. Mr Griffiths was the Chief Executive
Officer of AVIVA Australia for the period 2003-2009 and served on various AVIVA
country Boards. After the sale of the AVIVA Australia business he was appointed as the
Managing Director of South East Asia with AVIVA Asia Pte Ltd. Mr. Griffiths is currently
on the Board of Care Australia, Cloud 8 Health Pte Ltd, IOOF Holdings Pty Ltd, and four
Westpac Banking Group Insurance boards.
Mr. Rajan Khetarpal
Mr. Rajan Khetarpal has 36 years of banking experience with Indian and UAE Banks in
Corporate and Commercial Banking, Project Finance, Debt Capital Markets, and Risk
Management. Mr. Khetarpal was Deputy General Manager and Head Global Debt Capital
Markets and later General Manager of Risk in Emirates NBD. Mr Khetarpal was also the
Chief Integration Officer and CEO Designate for Emirates NBD Egypt.
