Event outline:
This seminar will look at TMJ dysfunction from both a diagnostic and
therapeutic point of view, including manipulative strategies and simple
rehabilitation protocols. Anatomy, physiology and pathomechanics of
the TMJ will also be covered.
Speakers:
Stephen P Williams DC, DICS, FICS, FRCC (Paeds), FBCA
Steve Williams graduated from the Anglo European College of
Chiropractic (AECC) in 1987 and has practiced in the United Kingdom
since then. He has lectured extensively in Chiropractic Paediatrics, in
the United Kingdom, Europe, United States and Australia. Along with
Dr Joyce Miller, he developed the MSc in Calibrated Paediatrics at the
AECC and author of “Pregnancy and Paediatrics – A Chiropractic
Approach”.
Simon Billings BSc (Hons), MSc, DC, MRCC, RTP
Simon graduated from the AECC in 2001 & works in a family-based
Chiropractic health clinic in Southampton, specialising in the treatment
of chronic conditions and paediatrics, using nutritional support as an
integrated part of the treatment protocols. He has previously worked
in a dental clinic dedicated to disorders of the TMJ. In 2007 he
completed the Institute for Functional Medicines flagship program,
Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice (AFMCP).
He has lectured both nationally and internationally focusing on
achieving clinical results using nutrition as an integrated part of the
Chiropractic approach to patient care.
