CARDIO & STRENGTH
20/20/20: A combination of cardiovascular, strength and stretching combined into 60
minute class for a well rounded fitness experience. (All levels)
Ab Attack: An intense 20 minute workout to strengthen and tone the muscles of the
core power house. (All levels)
Butz & Gutz: A fun invigorating class to focus on strengthening and toning your buns
with dynamic exercises to slim down your core! (All levels)
H.I.I.T: (High Intensity Interval Training): A high intensity, fast paced, total body
workout, combining cardio and strength elements. Mixed bursts of high intensity
exercise with short recovery periods. (Intermediate/Advanced)
MIND / BODY
All Levels Yoga: If you would like to polish your current practice or just get started, this class is for you! Class designed to improve posture, flexibility and
muscular strength. Class times vary between 60-75 minutes. (All levels)
Deep Stretch Yoga: A yoga class focused more on long holds and deep stretching.
This class is focused on improving flexibility and increasing strength. If you are
looking to restore your muscles after a hard workout or wanting to improve your
flexibility, this class is for you. (All levels)
Rise & Shine Yoga: Our morning version of yoga to get your blood flowing and
heart pumping! (All levels).
Jump Start: A fun, yet less-rigorous aerobics class with lots of variety and functional
exercises. For those who want to improve cardiovascular endurance, strengthen joints,
increase flexibility and tone muscles. (Low Impact)
Gentle Flow Yoga: If you have wanted to start your yoga experience this class
focuses on restorative and relaxing basic poses to build your mind/body
connection (All levels)
No Limits: Challenge yourself with a full-body resistance training and continuous
cardio training to get an all over workout. This intense athletic workout uses a variety
of equipment with built-in recovery intervals for an efficient, easy to follow workout.

PiYo: The perfect blend of Pilates/Yoga, strength building and flexibility
training. This dynamic fusion workout is easy on the joints, yet delivers
strength, balance, agility and flexibility in one unique calorie burning workout.

Zumba: Zumba® Fitness is like no other workout you will ever experience! Inspired by
traditional cumbia, salsa, samba and merengue music, these international dance steps
have been combined to make a cardio/toning class. (All levels)
Yogalates: A fusion of Yoga and Pilates. Work your core and relax all in one
workout! (All levels)
INDOOR CYCLING
Cycle 60: 60 min. indoor cycling class that lets you workout at your own pace and
challenge your body like never before! (All levels)
Cycle 45: 45 min., action packed indoor cycling class that lets you workout at your
own pace and challenge your body with hills, sprints, climbs and more! (All levels)
Cycle & Core: Follow the instructor through hills, sprints and all out fun while listening
to motivational music and slimming down your core. (All levels)
Cycle-lates: A fusion class that combines your favorite cycling patterns followed by
pilates to challenge your core. (All Levels).
