GRADUATE LEVEL: OLD STUDENTS REGISTRATION PROCEDURES INTERSESSION SY 2015-2016 AISIS ONLINE ENLISTMENT Log on to aisisonline.ateneo.edu Date: Reminders: June 2-3, 2015 (Tuesday-Wednesday) 1 Time: 9:00 AM— 5:15PM; 5:30 PM —11:59 PM • Check AISIS account before enlistment date for any hold orders. Address hold orders 1 week before online Registration period • Proceed to manual registration if you encounter problems (e.g. conflict of schedule, etc.) • Fill out Student’s Personal Information Data Sheet for any updates/changes in your personal details Note: (1) Once assessment forms are printed, you may proceed to pay at the cashier on scheduled dates. (2) You may opt to pay online. View the Tuition Payment Options document for more details. MANUAL REGISTRATION 2 Checkers Date: June 4-5, 2015 (Thursday - Friday) Time: 8:00 AM – 12:00 NN; 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM Reminders: • No ID, no entry. Any valid ID with picture and signature will suffice. • Proxies must come with the required documents. Check Proxy Guidelines document for this. • Re-instated/LOA students must fill out a new Personal Information Data Sheet to be submitted at the enlistment venue. You may claim this at the Cashier’s Office, Ground flr., Xavier Hall • Make sure that you paid online at least two working days before you apply for your ID. • Strictly no proxies allowed for ID application / validation or claiming. Students have the option to do this even during start of regular classes • Strict ID wearing implementation starts on Wed. June 17, 2015.
