open to students of Harwinton Consolidated School and
*Har-Bur Middle School
Program held at Harwinton Consolidated School!
HOURS OF OPERATION:
Morning: 6:30 AM - Start of School
Afternoon: School Dismissal-6:00 PM
ACTIVITIES:
Nutritious Snack, Homework Time, Physical Activities, Indoor & Outdoor Games, Free Play, Arts & Crafts, Handson Literacy & STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) Activities, Enrichment Activities and more!
TRANSPORTATION:
Busing will be provided to and from the program to Har-Bur Middle School
TUITION*:
$13.00 per morning
$15.00 per afternoon
*Reductions for second and third child
*DUE AT TIME OF REGISTRATION:

 Non-Refundable Registration Fee: $35 per child/$50 per family
 Non-Refundable Deposit**: $100 (1st child), $75 (2nd child), $50 (3rd child)


Current Health Form - Please Note: As per CT Department of Public Health regulations, we must have a copy
of your child’s most recent health record, including the TB information box, which is less than 13 months old
in order for them to attend the program.
REGISTRATION OPENS APRIL 12, 2015
*Registration is on a first come, first serve basis. Operation is contingent on the number of students enrolled.
*When registering your child, there will be a minimum of 5 school days, after the date of your completed
registration confirmation phone call, before your child can begin the program.
